Davis has been in private practice since 2003. He formerly served as the Legislative and Ethics Counsel for the Kansas Bar Association from 1999-2003. Davis focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, and family law. He is a member of the Douglas County Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Additionally, Davis is a member of the Kansas Bar Association Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section and the American Bar Association General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section. He also serves as the Vice President of Programming for the Douglas County Estate Planning Council.
